White Chocolate Peanut Apple Dumplings

Delicious Apple dumplings made with crescent rolls.  Checkout below what the secret ingredient to this delectable dessert.

Ingredients

  • (2) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Cinnamon & Sugar mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup 7 Up carbonated drink
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Wash each apple. Then peel and cut them into eight slices. (As it is one slice per crescent roll)
  3. Unwrap the crescent rolls and separate each of the triangles.
  4. Sprinkle each roll with cinnamon & sugar mix. Then spread a thin layer of the White Chocolate Wonderful.
  5. Place an apple slice on each triangle.  This will be done on the wider side of the crescent and roll it.
  6. Spray your baking pan with coconut oil cooking spray.  Then line each roll in your baking dish.
  7. In a medium size bowl, combine melted (or softened) butter, cinnamon coconut sugar, and vanilla.  Mix well until all lumps are gone.  Pour the mixture over the newly wrapped apple slices.
  8. Pour the 7 up between the rolls.  Make sure you do not get any of the 7 up on the rolls.  You may use a whole can.  We used just a 1/2 cup.
  9. Place in oven for 35 minutes or until the rolls become golden.
  10. Best served with your favorite vanilla ice cream hot out the oven.  ENJOY!
