Roasted Kale

Roasted Kale

Ingredients
1 bunch kale, rinsed
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 2 large baking sheets with nonstick spray/
2. Trim tough stems from kale and discard; cut large leaves into 2-inch pieces (leave small leaves whole). Place kale on baking sheets in single layer. Lightly spray with nonstick spray and sprinkle with chili powder and salt. Bake until kale is crispy and edges begin to brown, about 8 minutes.
