I used the following:
5 Cups of ‘No Salt Added’ Chicken Broth
5 Cups of Cubed Golden Potatoes
Onion and Bell Pepper Mix
1/4 Tsp of White Pepper
No Salt Seasoning to Taste
1/4 Tsp of Red Pepper
4 oz. of Vegan Cream Cheese
4 oz. of Vegan Sour Cream
1. Combine broth, potatoes, onion, and spices in pot and boil on Medium heat until potatoes are tender.
2. Smash a few of the potatoes for thickening.
3. Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese & sour cream.
6. Stir frequently until cheese and sour cream melts.
It was so yummy. You all should try it. Alternate to some of your favorite seasonings, etc.
