Pizza Margherita is a delicious Italian pizza.
1 Pizza Dough (Bolts Red Mill Pizza Crust, Whole Foods Market)
Semolina Flour (For dusting)
Naples-Style Pizza Sauce
Mozzrarella Cheese (Freshly thinly sliced, or 2% or Skim Milk)
16 Fresh basil leaves
Drizzle olive oil, to taste
Preheat oven 475 degrees, or if you have a pizza stone broil. Place pan or pizza stone in oven for 30 minutes. After pizza dough is covered with plastic, dust the dough with the semolina. Once 30 minutes is up take pan out of oven and place dough on pan. With your wet fingers, press dough into a 10" circle, leaving a 1" crust. Place dough in the oven cook it for about 7-9 minutes. Take pizza dough out of the oven. Spread 1/2 cup sauce over the dough. Distribute a quarter each of the mozzarella and basil leaves. Drizzle it with oil. Place back in oven for another 12-15 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Serve hot.
