These delicious pancakes are packed with protein for all of you looking to boost your protein intake. To make it fun I created a cross pancake.
Protein Packed Pancakes
- Pancake batter (or pre-made pancake mix)
- Everlast Nutrition Vegan Protein in Light Vanilla Flavor
- Egg (or egg replacement)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 tbs. coconut sugar
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Preheat skillet or griddle.
- Spray skillet with coconut oil (or oil of choice).
- Pour batter to desired size pancake.
- Cook on both sides until golden.
- Voila! Topped in photo with Strawberry-Blueberry infused (sweetener of choice).
