Home-Delish Pancakes

These pancakes are low in calories and full of nutritional yum.  Once you've tried this recipe out, you will never make traditional pancakes again.  We thought so ourselves!

Ingredients

  • 1 - Banana (preferred with brown spots)
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1 - Cap full of vanilla extract (or tsp.)
  • 10 - Almonds
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Spray or enough liquid e.v.o.o to coat pan)

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender.  Blend on low until the ingredients are completely blended.  Use Extra Virgin Olive Oil on griddle (or skillet).  Cook on medium heat for 10-15 seconds on each side or until batter starts to bubble.  The goal is to have golden pancakes.  Serve alone or with a side of your choice.
