Ways to Move Our Bodies

                  Life is a Love...Enjoy It!


Add physical activity to your daily routine.  At minimum 20-30 minutes per day.  You can split the time or do it all at once.  Exercise builds your endurance, strength, and key to weight management.  It is also a good stress reliever. 

Try yoga, weight training, cross fitness, plyometrics, etc.
